Official Terms & Conditions

1. ORGANIZER

This giveaway is organized by Dress Metal ("Organizer"), available at www.dressmetal.com.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Hellsinki Metal Festival, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or any other third party unless explicitly stated.

2. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

• 3 RIP tickets to Hellsinki Metal Festival 2026.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

3. ELIGIBILITY

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• The giveaway is open worldwide unless prohibited by local law.
• Employees of Dress Metal, Hellsinki Metal Fest and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. Sign up to the official Dress Metal Newsletter with their email address through the official giveaway form on www.dressmetal.com.
2. Successfully subscribe to the Dress Metal newsletter.

Only one (1) entry per email address is permitted.

Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway opens on 2026. June 30 and closes on 2026. July 20 at 23:59 CET.

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

6. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The drawing will take place within 2 days after the giveaway closes.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted via the email address used to enter the giveaway.

If the winner does not respond within 2 days, Dress Metal reserves the right to select a new winner.

8. NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to subscribe to the Dress Metal newsletter.

Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Unsubscribing after entering does not affect eligibility unless the subscription is cancelled before the winner is drawn.

9. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be processed solely for:

• administering the giveaway,
• contacting the winner,
• sending the Dress Metal newsletter.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dress Metal reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

Dress Metal shall not be liable for technical failures, lost entries, interrupted internet connections, or any other circumstances preventing participation.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
